Context

In the face of a worsening environmental crisis, a growing sense of helplessness and eco-anxiety is taking hold among younger generations. The documentary NATURE – A Reconciliation by Yann Arthus-Bertrand offers a powerful response, blending poetry, science, and emotion to question our paradoxes and call for collective transformation.

Objectives
  • Raise awareness among middle and high school students (ages 12–20) about climate and biodiversity issues
  • Transform the emotions triggered by the environmental crisis into drivers for action
  • Develop critical thinking in the face of climate-related information and misinformation
  • Encourage young people to speak out and become agents of change
Actions
  • Free screenings of the film in schools and youth organizations
  • In-class educational workshops: emotional awareness, future scenarios, media literacy
  • Student-led video interviews exploring their relationship with ecology, inspired by the film HUMAN
  • Sharing of student productions on social media using the hashtag #JeunesseNature
